Mr Govind Rishi is an alumnus of Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He is enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi. He has an experience of more than 13 years in litigation, arbitration and corporate consultancy, including proceedings under civil laws, labour laws, company law, intellectual property laws, business laws, corporate laws, criminal laws and others and has served diverse industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, IT, real estate, infrastructure, banking, telecom, advertisement / promotional, aviation, energy, waste management, and retail.
Mr Govind Rishi is a panel advocate for Punjab National Bank and NBCC India Limited. He also heads the insolvency practice at the firm.
